This privacy policy applies to the MathHub app for mobile devices (a voice-enabled calculator application), together with any related services operated by Hussain (collectively, the "Application"). Hussain is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal identity information (such as your name or email address) in order to use its core features. All calculator functionality, including voice input, works without registration.
The Service Provider does not operate any backend servers and does not directly collect, store, or process the information described in this policy on servers owned or controlled by the Service Provider. Where data is collected, it is collected and processed directly by the third-party services described below (Google AdMob, Google Play Services, RevenueCat, and, if enabled, a push notification service such as Firebase Cloud Messaging), sent directly from your device to those providers.
Through the third-party SDKs integrated into the Application, the following information may be collected:
The Service Provider does not require or request personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, physical address, or age in order to use the Application.
Your calculation history (expressions and results) and app preferences (such as theme and voice settings) are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (Hive/SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party, and is not accessible to the Service Provider. You can delete this data at any time by using the "Clear History" option within the Application, or by uninstalling the Application, which removes all locally stored data from your device.
The Application lets you export your locally stored calculation history as a CSV file and share it, at your own choice, to other apps on your device (for example, email, spreadsheet, or file-management apps) using your device's built-in share functionality. This export happens directly on your device — the Service Provider does not receive, view, or store a copy of any exported file. Once you choose to export or share this file, its handling is governed by the privacy practices of whichever app or service you shared it to, not by this Privacy Policy.
When you use the voice input feature, your spoken audio is processed by your device's built-in speech-recognition service (provided by Google on Android, or Apple on iOS), which converts your speech to text. The Application does not operate its own voice-processing servers and does not store or retain your audio recordings. Only the resulting calculation (for example, "12 + 5") is saved to your device's local history — never the voice recording or the raw transcript. Microphone access is optional; the Application's keypad functions fully without granting microphone permission.
The Application may send you notifications for tips, product updates, and reminders. Depending on how notifications are configured, they are delivered either through your device's local notification system (which requires no data to leave your device) or through a third-party push notification service such as Firebase Cloud Messaging, which may involve a device or registration token being sent to that provider in order to deliver notifications to your device. Notification permission is optional and can be turned on or off at any time in your device's system settings; declining or disabling notifications does not affect any core calculator functionality.
The Application displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve ads that are relevant to you, and to measure ad performance. You can limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS). Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will request your consent before serving personalized ads.
The Application offers in-app purchases, processed through Google Play Billing and managed using RevenueCat, a subscription and purchase management platform. RevenueCat processes your purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier to validate purchases and prevent fraud; it does not receive your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Google Play. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on the Service Provider's behalf. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at the link below for further detail.
The Application's third-party SDKs (such as AdMob) may use device identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies to support ad delivery, analytics, or fraud prevention. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data processed in connection with the Application. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at hussainxdeveloper@gmail.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. You can stop all data collection by the Application at any time by uninstalling it — since the Application stores no data on the Service Provider's servers, uninstalling removes your local history and preferences completely. Because the Application has no user accounts and no backend server, there is no single central database of your data to delete from. Instead, each type of data is deleted as follows:

The Application is a general-purpose calculator suitable for users of all ages, including students and children who may use it for schoolwork. The Application does not require account creation and does not knowingly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information from any user, regardless of age. However, because the Application displays advertising through Google AdMob and offers in-app purchases, the Service Provider recommends that users under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction) use the Application under the guidance of a parent or guardian, particularly with respect to advertisements and purchases. Parents or guardians who believe a child has made an unauthorized purchase, or have questions about advertising shown to a child, may contact the Service Provider at hussainxdeveloper@gmail.com.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of information processed in connection with the Application, including relying on the security practices of its third-party service providers (Google, RevenueCat), who maintain their own industry-standard security safeguards.
If a data breach occurs affecting your personal data that is within the Service Provider's control (for example, correspondence sent to hussainxdeveloper@gmail.com), the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Data breaches affecting third-party services (Google, RevenueCat) are governed by those providers' own breach notification practices.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
